YK hotpot

In a prime location there is a restaurant called YK Hotpot Restaurant. As the name suggests, their main dish is hotpot, and they offer an all-you-can-eat menu with a dazzling variety of dishes.

On 49th st, there is a Chinese hot pot restaurant YK Hotpot (Yellowknife No. 1 Hot Pot) in the middle of this road. It was our goal for two days (closed during the New Year holiday). Today, it finally opened for business. We pushed the door and went straight to the second floor. The restaurant is not large, with about six tables for four people. There is only one Chinese auntie on the floor, who speaks fluent Cantonese. Each person has a small pot. The lacquered small pot with Chinese elements makes us feel very friendly. The rich condiments are much better than those in domestic hot pot restaurants, including fresh beef, beef cypress leaves, seafood, and vegetables. There was cold wind and light snow outside the window, and the hot pot indoors was steaming. It was a great blessing to enjoy the meat and vegetables... This meal took nearly two hours and cost 90 CAD. It was good and satisfying. I recommend it to my friends. Address: 5019-49th st. Yellowknife
